Job Description

Responsibilities

  1. To develop and implement an integrated marketing plan for the school. The marketing head is a liaison between new parents and the school.
  2. Drive sales effectively through the use of all social media platforms, and personal marketing.
  3. Develop and implement communications campaigns with appropriate media in order to attract enquiries from prospective parents (advertising, direct mailings, newsletters etc.)
  4. Represent Standard Bearers School at relevant conferences and events and visit corporate organizations to promote our school.
  5. Develop and manage school’s communication plan including website content.
  6. printed materials and attend event activations.
  7. Maintain annual development and marketing budget.
  8. Develop and manage school’s fundraising plan with the goal of a program grounded in philanthropy.
  9. Build and maintain consistent database, expanding it continually.
  10. Establish and direct an enrollment management plan that addresses prospective parents.
  11. Develop a marketing plan that drives massive enrollment.
  12. Develop income sourcing strategy for school events.
  13. Set admission and enrollment goals with school administration.
  14. Applicant will be charged with the responsibility of leading the Admissions and Marketing teams to ensure a seamless conversion through setting relevant policy, procedures, quality standards, customer service standards, and ensuring their delivery to all prospective students are top notch.
  15. Ensure that Standard Bearers Schools has an effective and well-organized outreach programmes. with the internal and external local community which develops and builds on the school’s reputation.
