Responsibilities:

Conference, seminar, reception, and exhibition planning and attendance.
Find and enlist sponsorship.
Organize picture shoots and communicate with printers and designers.
Make arrangements for the efficient distribution of marketing materials.
Maintaining and updating client databases.
Undertake market research, utilizing consumer surveys as an example.
