Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Build marketing programs to support specific marketing objectives across different channels and segments in support of our overall strategic marketing plan
- Market through various channels and segment databases working with large data sets
- Propose and manage marketing research projects to generate consumer insights in support of improved marketing strategy and communications
- Partner with creative teams, other internal stakeholders, and external agencies and vendors
- Assist with the execution of marketing programs from start to finish.
- Assist to develop and monitor campaign budgets.
- Plan and manage company social media platforms.
- Prepare accurate reports on marketing campaign’s overall performance.
- Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.
- Collaborate with other teams, like sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency
- Contributing to the annual sales and marketing plan.
Requirements
- HND / Bachelor’s degree in marketing or relevant field.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a marketing position for financial services.
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
- Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in marketing and financial services.
