Job Description
Participate in the management of the staff placed under his supervision;
To conduct diagnostic studies, research, evaluations and surveys under the PEACE program.
Participate in the design of programs/projects especially in the development of logical frameworks
Ensure that detailed and achievable monitoring plans for the PEACE program are developed to i) provide a matrix of indicators, ii) consider ethical and safe data collection and storage, iii) consider data quality audits, vi) consider storing, protecting and sharing project documents;
Support the program monitoring and evaluation team to ensure the program has tested standard monitoring tools that capture both program activities and indicator progress
Help conduct and document project learning reviews, and share lessons learned and best practices, incorporating them into new project designs
