Job Responsibilities
In fulfilling his or herresponsibilities, the successful Candidate will:
Organizeroutine servicing schedules
Allocatework to the engineering team and review their performance from time to time toguide management decision
Overseethe maintenance of power fluid systems hydraulics and pneumatics
Maintenanceof Combustion system and hazard management.
Understand,interpret and apply engineering knowledge to valid circumstances
Applicationof a computerized maintenance management system.
Check andcalibrate instruments to ensure that they are accurate.
Implementthe planning, design and implementation of mechanical maintenance.
Develop astrong working knowledge of plant Material handling equipment.
Reviewdesign of mechanical component and supervise fabrication, repairs andinstallation.
Maintainthe operation of utility equipment such as boiler, air compressor, watersupply, lift and delivery trucks and company fleets.
Ensureand coordinate continuous preventive maintenance plan.
Developelectromechanical knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic system,
Build andcoordinate the team for the effective delivery of the departmental objective ofcarrying out quality inspections.
Requirement
Minimumof 3-5 years relevant work experience, which must be in a manufacturingcompany. Experience in Food Production Machineries is an added advantage.
Apractical working Knowledge of AutoCAD is very critical
Goodnumerical and computer applications skills
Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills
Qualification
Candidates should possess an ND, HND, BSC, MSCqualification.
Minimum of 5 years work experience.
