A leading microfinance bank is looking to hire Merchant Support Specialists across the location listed below
Job Location
- Lagos Island/Obalende
- Lekki
- Victoria Island
- Ikeja
REQUIREMENTS
- B.Sc., HND and OND in any discipline
- Not more than 35 years
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deploy POS, Train & Support merchants.
- Maintaining, Growing Acquiring new businesses within assigned segment by selling, cross selling & up selling of Payments products & services across income lines.
- A Merchant Support Specialist is assigned up to 350 merchants within a cluster
- Minimum expected daily merchant visitation / Support – 15 per day and 75 per week
- Merchant visitation is self-directed based on list of assigned merchants and or based
- On support calls received from Banks, Merchants, and the Office.
- Visit to office is on a need basis – Pickup / Drop-off of items, Meetings / Trainings etc
