Job Description


  1. Is in charge of troubleshooting desktop environments that run Microsoft Windows.
  2. Supplying technical support for product sourcing and evaluations.
  3. Installing and setting up devices and software.
  4. Locating and fixing connectivity-related problems with computers and networks.
  5. Working both on your own and as a team.
  6. Maintaining and updating Windows applications, software, and hardware.
  7. Providing technical support to clarify Windows desktop problems.
  8. Managing and assisting with end-user equipment, such as desktop computers and other ancillary devices.
  9. Helping to test, analyze, and resolve problems with Windows operating systems.
  10. Bettering desktop and customer support services.
