Monitoring Agent -MAC211

Check the planned movements and distribution of food (food / nutritional products) or non-food items (coupons or cash), report problems or discrepancies to the supervisor in order to quickly resolve the problems and ensure that the quantity distributed and the quality of the operation meet WFP standards.
Update information records and tracking plan documentation, such as product / voucher / cash movement records and program checklists to assist in the efficient delivery and distribution of food products (food / nutritional products) or non-food (coupons or cash).
Gather assistance program data to support program review and evidence-based decision making.
Liaise with cooperating partners in the field and internal counterparts to gather comments / suggestions / feedback in order to improve the programs and services offered.
Receive and collate comments / suggestions / feedback from partners and beneficiaries to help identify programmatic issues in order to improve the efficiency of operations.
Provide advice to cooperating partners on WFP operational practices, monitoring tools and methods to help them carry out self-monitoring and evaluation activities and contribute to WFP visibility in activity areas.
Prepare field mission reports to document program execution.
Follow emergency response standards and procedures established for emergency food aid.
