Job Description
The Malawi National Office M&E Coordinator will be responsible for the implementation of in country monitoring and evaluation activities. She/he will be required to utilize the Collaboration, Learning and Adaptation Approach to assess project and program progress and facilitate adaptive learning and data-driven decision making, assisting the M&E Manager in the development and implementation of M&E strategy and tools. She/he will ensure quality and timeliness of monitoring and evaluation data in alignment with MEL plan and will train and support staff in the M&E function.
