1. Create the SERA department;
2. Supervise, supervise and support the SERA team;
3. Design and provide methodological support to the mission for the development of SERA tools for the entire mission;
4. Participate in the drafting of Action Against Hunger Chad project proposals and ensure their quality from a Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning point of view.
5. Build the capacities of development and research program staff in monitoring and evaluation and support them in the development of monitoring and evaluation tools for their program.
