Job Description
Ensure integration of M&E, learning, action research and knowledge management : Design of the M&E strategy and knowledge management of the program; coordination, monitoring and support of the implementation of the M&E strategy vis-à-vis consortium partners and national execution teams.
Support a systemic change approach : Work with the ‘systemic change’ expert to ensure that the ‘systemic change’ aspects are integrated into the M&E strategy and that the systemic change matrices are clear and measurable.
Ensure (local) measurement of progress and results : Monitoring of results and progress against objectives; use of information to inform adaptive management decision making.
Provide quality assurance for the implementation of PRO-ARIDES : Verification of activities, quality assurance of data, monitoring of project performance, assurance of compliance with donor reporting requirements; as such, the IATI (International Aid Transparency Initiative) standards and the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) must be respected.
Ensure the continued contextualization of the program Theory of Change: Ensure, with the full participation of program stakeholders, that the program’s theory of change is contextually relevant, informs program strategies and M&E activities and learning.
