HOUSEKEEPER NANNY

Our company needs a nanny housekeeper that can care for children as well as provide housekeeping services. A housekeeper nanny is a child care specialist whose workplace is a family’s private home to provide the highest level of customized and personalized child care and attention to the family’s children. Typically works with families that have children aged below 18 years old. This means a housekeeper nanny’s routine is largely focused on maintaining the home, with childcare support provided as and when it is required.

 JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Preparing children for school and Supervising homework

Arranging playdates and organizing appointments. Washing, drying, ironing.

Food preparation, clearing up and feeding/serving meals

Assistance with shopping and running errands

Managing tradespeople visiting the house and Helping look after the children

Child minding when parents are occupied and Completing the school run

Taking care of laundry for the family and Keeping the house tidy

Getting children to bed on time, Bathing and dressing young children

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

Responsible, dependable, Trustworthy, Experienced, active, healthy and must have a negative tuberculosis test

Must be at least 25 years of age and must have completed secondary school

Patient, Kind, Creative, playful and A pleasant personality

Self-confident, Flexible, Have good manners and must be Organized

Genuinely enjoy being around children, Being Able to Calm Upset Children

Previous experience as a Nanny or Babysitter, Good Customer Service skills,

Excellent understanding of child development in different age/ stages

Ability to come up with creative ideas to educate and engage children

Multitasking skills, Must be Respectful, polite, civil, and God fearing

Teachable, able to follow a schedule, Ability to follow verbal directions

Ability to manage your time efficiently and Work well unsupervised.

Ability to maintain a professional appearance and interact positively

Ability to Take Criticism, good Listening Skills, maintain cleanliness, sanitation standards, Integrity and Honesty
