Responsibilities:

Implementing last-mile equipment installation is your responsibility.
Perform the role of links validator for all links installed by links installer.
Aid in the resolution of issues that service management has escalated
Before any installation, make sure thorough site surveys are completed.
On all installations being worked on, stop making recurrent calls.
Make sure calls with client faults are answered within the SLA time range.
Before handing over, make sure all installed links on the client’s website are functional.
In charge of setting up the generator, inverter, and rectifier.
