DelonJobsis helping a tier-1 bank in Nigeria to hire 3 Team Leads-Network OperationsCenters to Monitor, resolve andescalate all Network, Applications and related issues. Also to serve as a 1stand 2nd level resolution organ. Applicants must have a firstdegree in Computing Science, Engineering, Operational sciences or (any otherdiscipline with strong Information Systems component and/or relevant IT ServiceManagement certification. They must also possess a minimum of 6 – 8 years ITOperations experience in a technology environment. ITIL and other professionalqualification will be an added advantage. Salary is negotiable. KeyResponsibilities:
Monitor the various Applications using AppDynamicsmonitoring tool.
Carry out all suggested response actions to faultsraised.
Generate and send Network NOC Reports (daily, weekly,monthly) as may be required.
Monitor device thresholds and alert the various teamsinvolved.
Required Knowledge, Skills andAbilities:
Goodknowledge and understanding of banking operations Good andStrong Working Knowledge of Cisco Router, Operating
Experienced in firewall management.
