Job Description


  1. Providing staff members with IT solutions while collaborating with IT officers.
  2. Monitoring network events, starting an incident, performing high-level triage, and controlling alerts and escalation requests around-the-clock.
  3. Keeping an eye on network alarms, making tickets, and performing initial triage to fix problems.
  4. Attempting to apply documented methods and run books to as many problems as feasible.
  5. Hardware and network troubleshooting in person, remotely, and over the phone.
  6. Investigating, identifying, and fixing issues with network infrastructure.
  7. This position requires on-call support as needed and rotates shift coverage.
  8. Completing any additional responsibilities that may occasionally be assigned.
  9. Outstanding intellectual and problem-solving abilities.
  10. Initiative and a desire to learn.
