- Providing staff members with IT solutions while collaborating with IT officers.
- Monitoring network events, starting an incident, performing high-level triage, and controlling alerts and escalation requests around-the-clock.
- Keeping an eye on network alarms, making tickets, and performing initial triage to fix problems.
- Attempting to apply documented methods and run books to as many problems as feasible.
- Hardware and network troubleshooting in person, remotely, and over the phone.
- Investigating, identifying, and fixing issues with network infrastructure.
- This position requires on-call support as needed and rotates shift coverage.
- Completing any additional responsibilities that may occasionally be assigned.
