Key Responsibilities

• Assist in designing and executing digital and offline marketing campaigns
• Conduct email outreach and follow-up to prospects and leads
• Perform cold calling to engage potential customers and partners
• Support lead generation and manage sales funnels
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and growth opportunities
• Conduct business development activities, customer discover and product development
• Collaborate on various internal and client marketing and sales project with teams
• Collaborate with the team to create content for social media and newsletters
• Track campaign performance and prepare activity reports
• Represent the brand professionally during field visits or client meetings (when needed)
• Execute various projects assigned by the supervisor

Ideal Candidate

• Proactive and willing to rapidly learn and adopt Artificial Intelligence (AI), Digital Marketing Transformation and others to daily market research, advertising management, consumer behaviour analysis etc
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
• Confident with email communication and cold calling
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent market research and analytical abilities
• A good team player with a positive, can-do attitude
• Willing to learn, unlearn, and relearn in a fast-paced environment
• Open to occasional travel or field assignments
• Familiar with tools like Microsoft Office suite, Canva, Mailchimp, CRM platforms, or Google Workspace is a plus
