Job Description

  • Support/facilitate membership recruitment in the Zone;
  • Perform operations of the Zone Office in liaison with the Zone Chairperson;
  • Promote/facilitate fundraising activities that will increase revenue for the organization;
  • Handling incoming and outgoing communication through phones, emails and letters
  • Attend to tasks that require effective communication and service to members/customers;
  • Create and maintain filing system, locating documents appropriately;
  • Distribute correspondence to appropriate offices, officials and members;
  • Operate fax machines, phone systems, and other office equipment;
  • Prepare and submit reports timely to the Zone and the Secretariat;
  • Handle finances on behalf of the organization, prepare and submit financial reports
