Job Description
We’re looking for a dedicated Office Assistant with excellent administrative skills to handle organizational and administrative duties. You will perform clerical duties, including, but not limited to, mailing and filing correspondence, preparing payrolls, placing orders, managing calendars and scheduling meetings. Responsibilities
- Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues
- Greet visitors and provide station information to visitors
- Schedule and plan meetings and appointments
- Carry out clerical duties such as filing, copying and printing
- Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages
- Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures
Requirements and Qualifications
- Professional and reliable.
- Minimum academic qualification of National Diploma.
- Must have excellent communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Analytical problem solver
- 1 -2 years of experience.
Remunerations and Benefits
