Job Description


  1. Ensuring that the daily office needs are met.
  2. Perform other administrative support tasks.
  3. Monitor and manage inventory of office supplies; order and distribute office supplies as necessary.
  4. Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
  5. Responsible for purchasing and tracking of office supplies.
  6. Pass information concerning building/generator repairs.
  7. Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance.
  8. Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
  9. Assists with organizing events when necessary.
  10. Maintains stock of supplies by anticipating work requirements, ordering supplies, and distributing supplies where necessary.
  11. Performs additional duties when required.
