Job Description
Gradely is an edtech company that provides personalized learning to kids globally. We are based in Lagos, Nigeria with users across the globe. We currently need new tutors who love and are passionate about supporting kids to achieve mastery.
– Planning and delivering lessons online in a friendly, engaging and considerate manner
– Lessons may be scheduled for any time of days or evening, including weekends, depending on your availability
– Assess and record students’ progress and provide grades and feedback.
– Provide individualized instruction to each student by promoting interactive learning.
– Identify & Create learning materials that can encourage class engagement.
Requirements
– You either possess a B.Sc, B. Ed, or at least an NCE
– You have at least 1 year experience of online tutoring
– You are able to take a creative approach to teaching online
– You are tech savvy and own a computer/laptop device with a functional webcam and microphone.
