Job Description


An Operation cum Administrative Officer is responsible for overseeing the planning, development and execution of an organization’s business strategies. Reporting directly to the Warehouse Manager, the operations officer is to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching and assuring quality of goods. coordinate the internal work process of team member and ensure compliance to internal company policy. He/She has the responsibility to ensure clients/customers queries and enquiries are actioned without delay.


  • Oversee and direct daily company administrative process and procedures
  • Report to and assist the Warehouse Manager in a daily tasks and duties
  • Strategically map-out and plan and manage projects
  • Analyze and maintain operations data
  • Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching and assuring quality of goods
  • Develop and improve business functionality that increases profits
  • Implement improved operational measures and policies that promotes efficiency
  • Maintain positive client and vendor relationships
  • Conduct frequent performance review
  • Train staff to perform allocated roles
  • Maintain a highly motivated, skilled and trained workforce
  • Ensure that all activities and process undertaken conform to set standards pertaining to the company policy
  • Ensure shipments and inventory transactions accuracy
  • Communicate job expectations and coach junior employees
  • Interface with customers to answer questions and resolve any related problems
  • Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing wok procedures and practices
  • Confer and coordinate activities with other Units
  • Monitor product inventory
  • Develop and implement human resources practices


  • BSc in Business Administration, Economics, Real Estate Management, Interior Decoration, Logistics any Management Course 
  • 3 – 5 years’ experience working as and Operational and Administrative Officer with at least 1 – 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
  • Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations
  • Strong leadership and project development skills
  • Excellent communication and Report Writing skills
  • High level of creativity and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve result
  • Familiarity with strategic marketing campaigns
  • Familiarity with the health industry – HSE
  • Business Management and Organizational Skills
  • Multi-Tasking and Time Management Skills
  • Must be goal oriented and self-starter
  • Must be computer Literate and proficient in MS office Sute
  • Familiarity working in world class Laminate and SPC Flooring company before now is an added advantage
