Job Description


  1. Create and effectively carry out all corporate policies.
  2. Direct strategy for the profitable expansion and management of the business.
  3. Create strategic operating plans that take the company’s longer-term goals and priorities into account.
  4. Set up suitable procedures for financial and operational oversight.
  5. Make sure that the management and every employee of the organization understand and accept responsibility for the operating objectives and performance requirements.
  6. Compare the operating and financial performance closely to the forecasts and budgets.
  7. Whenever appropriate, take corrective action and notify the CEO of important changes.
  8. represents the business before important clients and trade organizations.
  9. Create and keep an efficient executive team.
  10. With the aim of achieving considerable annual turnovers, offer hands-on leadership for all facets of corporate business activity—from origination to exit.


Human Resources:

  1. Lead and mentor staff members.
  2. Collaborates with the Admin Department, and enforce the Employee Handbook with its accompanying policies and processes.
  3. Ensures compliance with payroll and employee law.
  4. Leads company meetings and coordinates regular staff meetings.
  5. Manages annual employee reviews.
  6. Sets and negotiates employee salaries and benefits in consistence with the Company Compensation policy.
  7. Provides on-going decision- and problem-solving expertise and assistance to ensure a positive, productive working environment.
