Ensure the monitoring and consistency of reconciled distribution data with other data entered into WFP systems (COMET, WINGS, SCOPE).
Ensure centralized archiving on Sharepoint and keep it up to date, all documents relating to CBT distributions (Distribution plan, Payment list, Payment instruction, Distribution and reconciliation reports etc.).
Coordinate with relevant Country Office units and sub-offices to meet CBT reconciliation requirements.
Undertake field missions to strengthen the capacities of WFP staff and partners on the proof of distributions and CBT reconciliation.
Perform any other task related to the reconciliation of CBT distributions and the skills of the incumbent.
