Responsibilities
- creates and updates the approach for creating jobs and evaluating them
- creates and updates the organization's whole job matrix.
- Performs audits of the business units to identify potential changes to job descriptions and designs and maintains the methodology for job evaluation.
- Checks the compliance of job descriptions with corporate policies and procedures and evaluates new job descriptions before adding them to the job matrix.
- creates the training for managers and HR Business Partners in job generation
- creates and upholds the guidelines for the construction of the organizational structure.
- creates and updates the regulations for the range of control in various business divisions.
- participates in organizational-wide tasks and HR projects.
