Job Description
The incumbent will be the focal person for all the community outreaches and will be responsible for planning, scheduling, budgeting, executing and documenting all the community and facility-based outreaches in the district. She/he will ensure that outreaches are prioritized based on population density and the service needs. S/he will work with the district teams to review the health data and district priorities to determine location, timing and success of the outreaches.
