Packaging Operator

RESPONSIBILITIES

•Log all information and periodically report to relevant supervisors.

•Ensure to report concerned shift manager and need to take specific instructions from him

•Ensure proper handover and take over from the previous shift.

•Ensure to pack and load required tons per hour from related packing machines.

•Ensure that the exact amounts of boxes on ATC are correctly loaded.

•Operate the Packing Machine in line with the Standard Operating Procedure.

•Perform autonomous maintenance on the Packing machines to prevent downtime.

•Ensure that regular and preventive maintenance procedures are carried out.

•Periodically perform routine safety checks on every machine line.
