To optimise the cement packing plant. Manage cement paper sacks. Ensure customer satisfaction through optimum loading of customers? vehicles in liaison with the Loading Contractor/Sales/ Maintenance and Production staff. Supervise staff at the Packing Plant. Enhance compliance with Lafarge safety standards by packing plant staff and use of safe packing plant equipment.
