Job Description


  1. Act as first point of contact dealing with correspondence, emails and phone calls.
  2. Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointment, often controlling access to the M.D’s Office.
  3. Manages the company/M.D’s correspondence via email, letters etc.
  4. Assist in documentation and recording of day-to-day activities such as memos, letters etc.
  5. Reminding the MD of important tasks and deadlines.
  6. Make detailed note of minutes of meetings.
  7. Typing, compiling and preparing reports and presentations.
  8. Send notice to staffs on official matters.
  9. Control and maintain the databases and MD’s filling system/ Cabinet.
  10. Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems.
  11. Maintain customer confidence and protect all operational information.
  12. Liaise with executive and senior management staff in resolving queries.
  13. Prepare proposal for prospective clients.
  14. Plan and organize meetings, event and conferences.
  15. Attend meetings with the MD at client’s office.
  16. Conduct or prepare any research for the MD and any ad-hoc request.
  17. Prepare the monthly security report for clients.
  18. And any other assigned duty from management.
