Job Description
DelonJobs is seeking to hire a mid-level PHP developer who will be responsible for understanding the business flow and produce detailed specifications to achieve the business requirements. He/she will also aggregate content from APIs and develop API interface for front-end developers. Candidate must possess at least a relevant bachelor’s degree, 3 to 5 years experience in PHP and Laravel, and be willing to work at our Ipaja office. The position is a contract-to-hire position starting with 6 months, and monthly gross salary is negotiable between N300,000 – N450,000 (monthly net pay of about N250k to N350k).
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS:
Troubleshoot, test, and maintain the core product software and databases to ensure strong optimization and functionality
Develop, record and maintain cutting-edge web-based PHP applications.
Contribute, to all phases of the development lifecycle
Convey effectively with all task progress, evaluations, suggestions, schedules alongwith technical and process issues.
Build efficient, testable, and reusable codes.
Solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges.
Ability to propose and implement technical solutions to fulfil business needs
Ability to learn quickly and operate in a fast-paced environment
Open-minded to new solutions, forward-thinking and strong ability to adapt
Must have experience building and using REST API
Proficiency in design patterns and OOP
Git version control workflows
Experience with SQL schema design
