Responsibilities

Make that the project timeline is developed in accordance with business requirements. Check for viability and importance.
Take part in the activities related to commercial risk management.
Make that the Planning and Progress Control System is implemented in accordance with the Project Breakdown Structure, Company Standards, and Contract specifications, as required by the contract’s complexity, riskiness, and duration.
Use the logic network to design activities, assign milestones, and place limits in coordination with other company functions or discipline leaders, supervisors, and managers.
Prepare all reference baseline papers, and make sure that individuals functionally in charge of carrying out the work are informed appropriately and in detail of the project’s planning and scheduling needs.
Release all necessary reporting
The Planning & Scheduling Procedure, and Progress Measurement should be published.
