Job Description
We’re looking for an experienced and hands-on Plant Manager for the Nigeria operations of a well-known multinational leading company in the manufacturing industry!!
You’ll be responsible for ensuring manufacturing and technical excellence of the plant/factory, and ultimately driving production and profitability, whilst ensuring strict compliance to all relevant legislative requirements.
Minimum Requirements:
- A tertiary qualification in Engineering/Business/Science or similar related fields
- At least 5 years of experience within a similar role at management level in a manufacturing environment (packaging experience is advantageous)
- Solid working knowledge and experience within Nigeria, the industry and economic trends and legislative requirements thereof
