Coordinate and supervise preparation of estimates on personal emoluments and participate in discussions on other estimates.
Ccontrol establishment level which includes recommending the creation of posts, regrading or re-titling of post; handling disciplinary cases; approve advances and loans. etc
Applicants should be serving Senior Human Resource Management Officers (Grade H) regardless of experience in that post or Human Resource Management Officers (Grade I) with a minimum of four (4) years’ experience in that post. In both cases, candidates should demonstrate a deep understanding of human resource management policies, procedures and practices.
