Job Description
Applicants should be serving Senior Maintenance Officers (Grade H) regardless of experience in that post or Maintenance Officers (Grade I) with a minimum of four (4) years’ experience in that post. In both cases, candidates should be in possession of a bachelor’s degree in either Quantity Surveying, Architecture or Structural Engineering obtained from accredited institutions.
Asses conditions of all operating courts; draw up courts maintenance programme; plan for the construction of new courts.
Prepare budgets for courts maintenance; negotiate with management on budgetary needs. etc
