Job Description
- Prepare solicitation documents (Request for Quotation Documents, Bidding Documents), Bid Evaluation Reports and draft contracts for consideration by the IPDC
- Prepare cost budgets and forecasts for the procurement unit
- Ensure prompt and effective action in response to User departments’ requirements
- Manage contracts to ensure delivery of goods and services is in accordance with the contract terms and conditions
