Responsibilities

Make sure that all the aims of the project are met.
Make sure the quality standards are met.
Evaluate the success of the project against its benchmarking and sharing lessons or best practice with other organizations or project managers.
Participating in tender process i.e. design, submission and review.
Optimizing and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary.
Securing growth opportunities and initiating new projects.
