RequiredCompetencies Knowledge/Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree (Minimum of 2.2)
- NYSC Discharge certificate
TechnicalExperience
· Work with the development team in performanceanalysis of new products and enhancements.
· Analyze industry trends and marketdemands to recommend product enhancements.
· Work with support team to provideproduct support and assistance to customers.
· Provide product training to staffsand customers.
· Guide support team in addressing customerproblems within an established response time.
· Support Account Managers in identifyingnew customers and retaining existing customers for business growth.
· Document support activities, customerissues and resolutions for reference purposes.
Skills/Competence
· Ability to identify, meet andfollow through with the client’s needs and requirements.
· Must be a self-starter,problem-solver and a goal-oriented team player.
· Strong attention to detail.
· Ability to prioritize effectively
· Technology savvy and highlyinnovative
· Being able to make decisions usingrelevant information and methods.
