Responsibilities
- Maintain control over a designated manufacturing area's operations to guarantee that volume, cost, and quality targets are met.
- Make that the manpower and physical resources are sufficient to meet the production schedule for the shift.
- Manage the workflow, assembly techniques, and labor utilization of the allocated production staff.
- Directly oversee the daily operations of the allocated staff or functions.
- Apply a mentoring strategy to the development of shift leads and high-potential employees.
- Keep an eye on production to make sure finished goods adhere to the required Quality Standards.
- GMP and Champion Safety in the production area.
- Put key performance indicator (KPI) measures and company-wide strategies into action.
