Job Description
- Deliver core content such as practice notes, precedents and Q&As (ie legal practical guidance materials) for construction legal practitioners based on customer need
- Develop new content and maintain existing content to a high standard technically and editorially, particularly in relation to construction
- Maintain own knowledge base and expertise and contribute to and assist in the development of our current awareness legal update and analysis service, ensuring it continually evolves and responds to market trends and expectations
- Network and collaborate with the construction market to maintain profile and reputation and to keep in touch with market developments, and develop and exploit market contacts to support content and services development. Forging external relationships with law firms and/or authors to promote contribution to LexisPSL
- Assist the LexisAsk team with customer queries
- Collaborate with the LexisPSL teams at large and the wider Lexis business, supporting best practice development, sharing expertise and identifying potential business/product opportunities
- Meeting with customers as appropriate to receive and respond to feedback and to keep up to date with their needs. Engaging with internal sales and go-to-market teams during engagements with customers.
