Collect, monitor and analyze the collection of data on the prices of selected food and non-food products;
Map and analyze the results of price monitoring on a monthly basis ensuring that the different sources of price monitoring are harmonized and comparable and using the agreed standard indicators (such as the minimum expenditure basket for food items and the expenditure basket minimum);
Participate in the creation of newsletters and do one on market trends;
Analyze the historical and current availability of identified food and non-food products in local markets, including any recent changes and seasonal trends;n
