Responsibilities

Develop, manage, and coordinate a wide range of engagement activities with and for individuals, teams, and organizations both locally and globally, with the goal of increasing adoption and creating value.
Seek out new ways to expand and improve the company’s programs and activities that will benefit each ecosystem cluster;
In the context of the overall business development strategy, identify trends and anticipate stakeholder interest.
Support for various cohorts, identification and dissemination of events and programs, and effective community building
Manage interactions and introductions between the company and other networks of mentors, advisors, investors, industry partners, and service providers;
Support the development of a community of investors by leveraging existing and new networks to unlock capital flow opportunities for the company’s operations as well as external investment in startups and others.
Coordination and review of various teams’ activities for maximum efficiency;
Create and organize programs, events, and activities to support the company’s strategic direction;
Create a program budget and an operating plan to ensure program success.
Write program funding proposals for external parties and follow through on approval to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.
Produce accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle, including post-program evaluation and impact assessment reports; and Any other duties as assigned from time to time.
