Job Description

Responsibilities

  1. Liaise with management and stakeholders to identify and define project requirements, scopes, and objectives that align with organizational goals.
  2. Coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring projects remain within scope, schedule, and defined budgets.
  3. Juggle multiple projects sites and priorities simultaneously.
  4. Analyze project progress and, when necessary, adapt scope, timelines, and costs to achieve maximum benefit.
  5. Coordinate all clients on inspection activities.
  6. Make sure each site is properly presented for inspection.
  7. Manage administrative duties of all projects.
  8. Achieve organizational goals while upholding standards and best practices.
  9. prepare and present regular progress updates to appropriate management channels, ensuring the innovation we seek is being achieved.
