Supervise and manage the implementation of the project by ensuring that the quality and technical standards are taken into account and respected during the implementation of the project
Organize regular project coordination meetings with the project team
Ensure that the consumption of the budget and the achievement of the targeted objectives are reviewed at least once a month as foreseen in the work plan
Ensure that the implementation of projects is carried out on time, in terms of objectives and on budget, using effective M&E systems to achieve the desired impacts
Ensure that the project is implemented in accordance with the relevant ACTED guides and technical standards
Anticipate and mitigate risks and resolve any unforeseen challenges during project implementation
Regularly update the work plan, results monitoring, PMF and other relevant documents for effective project management
