JOB DESCRIPTION
• Comply with the company and/or project specific proceduresfor reporting progress and issues in order to satisfy customer and companyrequirements.
• Document allproject activities and file all project documents in the projectlibrary,checking that each one is accurate and has been accepted by the ProjectManager. Record the progress of all projects.
• Support theProject Manager, Administrative and Finance Managers regarding Purchase Ordermaintenance, particularly with regard to variation, order tracking andmanagement of change.
• Support theProject Manager, Project Accountant and Administrative Manager in thepreparation of the project status reports and internal/customer progressreports.
• Effectivelycommunicate the delegated project goals and objectives as defined by theProject Manager.
• Participatein the contract review process and assist in the translation of the agreed Tsand Cs into project deliverables
• Monitor, supervise and control multiple projects throughthe project life cycle.
REQUIREMENT
• BSc.in a business, technology or industry related discipline relevantcertifications will be an advantage
• Relevant certification like PMP will be an added advantage
• Minimum of 3 years related experience
