The ideal candidate is a motivated and self-driven property sales professional with the ability to identify viable business opportunities, initiate and build favourable and professional client relationships, generate leads and deliver client-focused property solutions to clients with a goal of achieving assigned sales targets. Pay for this role is competitive and attracts commission payment on sales achievements.
Work with senior management to negotiate sales, lease and rental deals and successfully close agreements to maximize profits
Communicate with prospects to understand their needs and collaborate with internal teams to find suitable properties that best fit the individual needs of the customer
Oversee arrangements to give prospective buyers view of properties
Link and liaise with external agents and drive the sale, lease and rental of properties
Take responsibility for the sale, lease and rental of properties under the Company’s portfolio
Work with senior management and other sales executives to develop sales strategies
Lead the execution of sales strategies and plans focused on achieving overall property sale, lease and rental targets
Build new business relationships and develop existing ones, identifying possible areas to upsell or cross-sell properties
Work with Property Managers and contribute information required for the preparation and approval of required documentation
Conduct property inspections to ensure terms and conditions of sales are met before closing sales deals
Developing the sales team by building product knowledge, providing leadership, training and coaching
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business
5+ years’ property sales experience in a real estate company is a key requirement
Extensive knowledge of the real estate industry in Nigeria
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to identify sales opportunities, prospect and close property sales deals single-handedly
Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key decision-makers
Ability to engage, build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels and HNIs
Articulate and well-spoken with excellent phone and email etiquette
Energetic, enthusiastic and a motivated self-starter
