Job Description
Responsibilities for QA intern
- Troubleshoot and isolate issues, submit bugs and work with developers
- Identify areas of improvement from QA perspective and follow-up with solutions
- Participate in test automation and explore new tools to enhance test automation effort
- Identify all current reference material portals for all TQM managers in the department
- Assist the Quality Assurance Manager with day-to-day testing
- Mobile app testing (iOS and Android)
- Responsibilities include finding compatibility errors or bugs, noting glitches or issues that need to be fixed by external development staff
- Support and ensure quality duties and responsibilities follow the Quality Assurance Plan
- Test cases that would allow for efficient and thorough testing to ensure that all business requirements are met
- Testing plans that outline the testing process and required steps to completion
- Identify gaps in testing process where process or policy need to be modified
- Assist in the documentation of existing processes
- Gather and provide feedback on potential testing tools
- Attend regular project meetings to provide testing feedback and updates
Qualifications

- Has basic knowledge in software development (SDLC), program management, quality assurance
- Is a self-starter and displays a willingness to learn
- Has an understanding of Quality Assurance standards and procedures
- Has experience with agile testing techniques and best practices
- Is able to quickly sort through content for important details
- Has a bachelor's degree
