Job Description


  • Benchmarking project quality at the outset; monitoring project quality; reporting project quality; auditing project quality; corrective action; and managing customer complaints
  • promoting, executing, and communicating the quality strategy.
  • coordinating with reputable subcontractors to make sure problems are resolved in a timely manner
  • ensuring that quality and contractual criteria are recognized and met.
  • implementing ongoing improvement strategies and lessons learned to boost the program's effectiveness and efficiency.
  • reporting on the performance of the project's quality and making sure that all significant problems have been resolved.
  • Creating a quality plan, implementing it, and reporting on it, as well as reaching the appropriate agreements with the client and subcontractors.
  • Establish regular meetings and improve communication with customers and subcontractors regarding performance quality.
