Job Description
Responsibilities
Visitors should be greeted, welcomed, and pointed in the right direction.
Answer incoming calls, filter them, and then forward them.
By adhering to safety regulations and regulating entry through the reception desk, you can keep the business secure (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
efficient administration of all internal meeting spaces for the CAF.
Perform additional administrative and clerical tasks as a receptionist, such as filing, copying, transcription, and faxing.
close coordination with the facilities, the AV, and the event coordination (technology).
Support replacements for all Reception areas during normal business hours, sick days, and vacations.
Keep thorough and accurate records of all calls and visitor requests.
Organize and distribute incoming mail; accept deliveries.
Ordering front desk supplies, maintaining stock inventories, and maintaining the standard office filing system
Requirements
Candidates should hold a business administration bachelor's degree or its equivalent.
completed a course of study (commercial training is an advantage).
English, French, and Arabic fluency are all required for CAF membership.
excellent computer abilities, including ERP and Microsoft Office.
An advantage is having actual work experience in the field of welcoming and helping guests.
An advantage is having real-world experience in multinational corporations.
Strong sense of responsibility and integrity, as well as a high level of proactiveness.
