Job Description
- Provide input into the company’s overall strategy
- Drive the organization’s strategy in the assigned region.
- Ensure that the organization’s vision is fully understood, interpreted and translated into achievable operational plan by all staff members in the region
- Provide an enabling environment for the delivery of the organization’s expectations to time and quality
- Deliver on the company’s target for the region (profit and loss, market penetration, customer satisfaction, etc.)
- Develop and ensure implementation of sales and marketing plans to meet regional target
- Actively monitor the regional budget and financial performance to ensure it is in line with the company’s projections
- Provide necessary leadership for staff members in the region towards the sustenance of the company’s organizational culture and optimal performance
- Drive the company’s Performance Management System in the region

Requirements
- Minimum of first degree
- Minimum of 7 years work experience, with proven track record
