Job Description

OurClient, a Fintech and Telecommunications company that operates in a fast-paced,high market pressure environment is recruiting for the post of a RegionalManager. 


Job Description

  1. Provide input into the company’s overall strategy
  2. Drive the organization’s strategy in the assigned region.
  3. Ensure that the organization’s vision is fully understood, interpreted and translated into achievable operational plan by all staff members in the region
  4. Provide an enabling environment for the delivery of the organization’s expectations to time and quality
  5. Deliver on the company’s target for the region (profit and loss, market penetration, customer satisfaction, etc.)
  6. Develop and ensure implementation of sales and marketing plans to meet regional target
  7. Actively monitor the regional budget and financial performance to ensure it is in line with the company’s projections
  8. Provide necessary leadership for staff members in the region towards the sustenance of the company’s organizational culture and optimal performance
  9. Drive the company’s Performance Management System in the region
