These professionals will be expected to design and manage policies, standards of performance, measurements, results and activities to ensure optimal productivity of the sales team in their region and to protect the assets of the company.
Ensure the regional sales and non-sales objectives of the company are achieved and surpassed.
Contribute to the growth, development, organizational efficiency and effectiveness of Superior Pharmaceuticals Limited.
Requirements
B Pharm/BSc/HND/Msc (Biological sciences or Human or Animal Health sciences)
Proven work experience as a Regional Sales Manager, Area Manager or similar senior sales role
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Teamwork skills
Familiarity with CRM software
Ability to lead and motivate a high performance sales team
