Job Description

Responsibilities

  1. Reports to the Business Head, Nigeria.
  2. Coordinate Pharmaceutical Sales Representatives in the region.
  3. Coordinate sales and marketing activities in the region driving sales and meeting set targets.
  4. Carry out periodic appraisal of subordinates and business activities monthly and quarterly.
  5. Drive the development of new businesses and relationships.
  6. Responsible for coordinating monthly regional sales meetings and reporting outcomes.
  7. Source for and handle detailing activities, seminars and clinical presentations in the region.
  8. Ensure that regional targets are met for sales and collections and in other set parameter.

Qualifications

  1. Degree / HND in Natural Sciences only (Biochemistry, Microbiology, Chemistry, Laboratory Science, etc.)
  2. 6 – 10 years experience in Medical Sales and Management

Other Conditions:

  1. Ideal candidate should presently reside and have a thorough knowledge of key customers in the Region.
  2. Experience in management of Reps is required
  3. Must age less than 40years
